- All sales are final, you are not entitled to a refund or replace. We do not offer refunds for digital products. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged like physical products.
- Lifetime Key does not mean it will work forever, we have no control over in the event of software/menu get shutdown or exit
- You have understand that Disabling Antivirus and Window Defender is a must for any Software in the shop and software may have Malware/Virus alert but it just false positive due the nature of software. If you do not wish to disable AV then, please do not purchase.
- By using any tools from our shop you have understand the risk of getting ban. Even though we only sell the most secure and safe software tools in the market, there is still a chance that you might get ban ( such as manual ban, reported by other or software is detected)
- By purchasing the software, you agree to the rule that if the software is detected or completely closed, you will not receive a refund.
- In the event of wrong product purchased, you are not entitle to get refund if the key has been released.
- You are always entitled to get replacement key in case the key not working.
- If you have any problems with the purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Any chargeback opened on Paypal/Stripe/Bank without having contacted our support will be considered as a fraud. You will be blacklisted from our store and will also notify to other sellers to add into blacklist for malicious chargebacks.
