We do not offer refunds for digital products. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged like physical products. Even though we only sell the most secure and safe software tools in the market, detections can still occur and always a chance of game bans when using software like this. Follow news/announcement closely on menu’s forum or discord for safety and by purchasing software, you have acknowledged that its use is at your own risk.

All transactions must authenticate with 3D secure (one time pass-code sms or App approval from phone) to prevent unauthorized transaction. Please check with card issuer if your card enabled 3D security feature.
- The payment is still being processed and will be delivered soon. It may take up to a few hours for the payment to be processed and the product to be delivered.
- The payment was declined by bank or payment provider and is now showing as pending in the account. Funds will remain in a pending state for a period of time before being released back. The length of time will vary depending on the payment provider and circumstances of the payment.
